Substitute db2.6 but due to name change, recompilation is needed.
Built without db1 compatibility, as is provided by glibc.

* Brought to patchlevel 1 applying upstream patch 2.7.7.1 to
file log/log_rec.c
* Previously, to avoid clash with revision 1 of the library, the
header files were put in a different directory. From this
reorganization, the include file is named <bdb2.h> instead than
<db.h> (as original) or <db2/db.h> (as previously). this change,
toghether with the new name of the libraries themselves (libbdb2.so
instead of libdb.so or libdb2.so), will improve isolation and avoid
accidental use of the wrong version.

prefixed bdb2_ instead of db_ .
