* Upgraded to latest upstream stable source. Minor bug in
wnauth/wn_md5passwd.dist fixed. Also allows the use of '@' to the
characters allowed in the pathinfo part of a CGI URL.
* Corrected what the standard debian/rules targets accomplish.
Previously the build target would construct the binary package which
required root privilege which was incorrect. Thanks to Roman Hodek
<Roman.Hodek@informatik.uni-erlangen.de>. (closes: #58075)
* Corrected bug in calculation of files required in binary
distribution. This caused the make to unnecessarily rebuild targets.
* Changed location of default homepage and access files. Now in
doc/examples.
