* Let apt-cdrom read input from the user. It seems that in some edge
conditions it can prompt for input. Closes: #59247 (RC)
* Corrected bad default "frozen" in apt-setup.templates (should be
"potato". Closes: #61014
* Ask about running ppp with critical priority -- users should always see
it if they might need to use ppp.
* Run ppp before apt-setup, if ppp is needed. Critical, though no bug has
been filed.
* Do not fail if pon fails, critical, though no bug has been filed.
