+ Fixed handling of wu-ftpd-academ's cron.monthly script, the old
"solution" gave errors with run-parts. Now postinst doesn't overwrite
user's old conffile, it just adds a suffix ".obsolete" to it, which
disables it. Added a short note to README.Debian about it. Added
postrm for wu-ftpd-academ, to clean up any conffile mess on purge.
