* pygtk/gtkmodule_impl.c (_wrap_gtk_set_locale):
Inhibit setting of the numeric locale (closes: #59713).
* debian/shlibs.local: Removed since it may cause problems on some arches.
* debian/copyright: Fixed reference to obsolete license path (lintian).
