* Applied patch from Adam Powell to make orbit use libwrap.so
instead of putting the files from libwrap.a into its own .so.
This fixes a potentially major security hole (if any problems
were found in libwrap), as well as allowing orbit to work on
ARM (no longer has non-fPIC files in .so), *and* fixes the
major problem with the changed libwrap which was causing serious
errors on Alpha and x86 (and probably everywhere else).
