* Changed pcmcia purging. Boot-floppies 2.2.8 will set PCMCIA=yes in
dbootstrap_settings if pcmcia was used. If that's not set, the user is
prompted to remove it. Fixed the mess with the .unconfigured file, and
is certianly cleaner.
