* Moved to latest upstream source. Changes include:
+ Improved the TEX filter.
+ Reworked main dictionary so that it can be memory mapped in.
+ Fix so that aspell can compile on platforms that gnu as is
not available for.
+ Fixed issue with flock so it would compile on FreeBSD.
+ Minor changes in the code to make it more C++ compliant.
* On the packaging side:
+ Fixed bug # 58358 (crash on powerpc)
+ Fixed bug # 54378 (Empty README.Debian)
