   * debian/patches/{gcc-alpha-ev5-fix,libstdc++-valarray}.dpatch: Remove.
     Applied upstream.
   * debian/patches/libstdc++-bastring.dpatch: Add patch from
     sicard@bigruth.solsoft.fr (fixes #56715).
