* Don't clobber apt configuration on reconfigure, except on fresh installs
(important bugfix).
* Shut up adduser.
* Don't call fixtitle until it is defined (critical bugfix)
* Don't fail if sourcing dbootstrap_settings fails. Works around the
boot-floppies bug that puts junk in that file.
