* fix the version number in the dnsutils 'replaces' declaration to include
the oddball version of 8.2.2p5 built as a slink security release. I had
forgotten about that fork, and upgrades from that version to potato break
since some files moved from 'bind' to 'dnsutils' in the potato package
schema. Target frozen since this breaks upgrades, closes: #55929
