Description:
base-config - Debian base configuration package
Changes:
base-config (0.06) frozen unstable; urgenc=low
.
* Sigh. The dpkg satabase is *not* locked when packages are preconfigured in
an apt run. Thus my lock-checking program is worthless when run in the
config script, and things still go south, completly screwing up apt when
this package is installed. This is a critical bug.
* To fix the bug, I used a new approach: only do the things that can mess
up apt when this package is being reconfigured. It's a 1 line change.
