Changes:
 syslog-ng (1.3.12-2) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * move dpkg-divert to postinst, preventing deadlock. Closes: #54608
   * But it's not protect sysklogd to go to unconfigurable state
when upgrade (update-rc fails becouse the divert)
(may it's a bug in update-rc, or it must handle in postinst?)
(and therfore its bug in debhelper? :))
