Changes:
 plugger (3.0-3.1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Non maintainer version.
   * Comment image/png and image/x-png from pluggerrc, because netscape can
     handle PNG itself and better than plugger does (Closes: #49409,
     #37903, #44915, #50581).
   * Correct location of pluggerrc in pluggerrc.5 according to patched
     Debian version.
   * Conflict with libc6 versions of netscape (Closes: #27957, #27980,
     #44914).
   * Suggests the applications used in pluggerrc.
   * Compile as root, not with fakeroot to avoid libc6 added to
     dependencies (Closes: #47397, #43908).
   * Correct location of GPL in copyright file to make lintian happy.
   * Add README.Debian to mention, that ~/.netscape/plugin-list has to be
     removed after changing pluginrc.
