   * debian/postinst: add /usr/doc/ symlink.
   * debian/prerm: remove /usr/doc/ symlink.
   * debian/control (Standards-Version): update to 3.1.1.1.
   * debian/rules (binary-arch): pass -isp to dpkg-gencontrol.
