* Apparently I removed ${shlibs:Depends} from xpm4g-dev's Depends: line
in the control file - I guess I did that because I had a broken
shlibs.local file previously. But it broke on Alpha, since they don't
have libc6 but libc6.1. Now I fixed it all and it should close #48532.
* Switched to packaging scheme like in tiff, it's much more understandable.
Updated other files along the way. Fixed some small unrelated errors in
the rules file. It now also reads the DSO version from a Makefile.
Clarified xpm4.7 description a bit.
