* Upgraded to latest upstream stable source. Mainly bug fixes.
* Modified wncat program so that it functions correctly when run either
as a CGI program or a wn File-module. Also updated man page for
wncat.
* Corrected several minor errors in /usr/doc/wn/index. This included
declaring the CGI served pages cachable and nondynamic.
* Corrected docs/Makefile which didn't rebuild images/index.cache.
* Updated manual and man page for wnpnuts to indicated that leading
whitespace is acceptable.
* Updated Debian to-do list.
