   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Re-fix the Alpha/Sparc compilation issue, by #including <sys/param.h>
     in src/util.c. Fixes: #47261 #46707 #47261.
   * src/util.c: Renamed all instances of PATH_MAX to MAXPATHLEN, for
     portability. Removed chmod() call and fixed mkdir() arguments.
   * Removed -w and -Werror options from $(CFLAGS) in src/Makefile, they're
     pointless. Conditionalized {-D,-U}{INTEL,MOTOR}_END options regarding
     endianness of the build machine, just in case.
   * Conditionalized echoing of the config file placement warning just for
     versions < 0.2.9-2.1, and reworded it a bit.
