   * NEW maintainer upload :)
   * Split the package into ttf-twmoe-sung (the original) and
     tfm-twmoe-sung.
   * Added ttf-twmoe-sung.scale.
   * Changed the default encoding to be big5.eten so that the TTF can
     be used with X-TT servers (aliases are made to big5 though).
   * Updated the location of upstream source in the copyright file.
