Source: mirror
Binary: mirror
Architecture: source all
Version: 2.9-11
Distribution: unstable
Urgency: low
Maintainer: Dirk Eddelbuettel <edd@debian.org>
Description:
mirror - Perl program for keeping ftp archives up-to-date.
Closes: 48736
Changes:
mirror (2.9-11) unstable; urgency=low
.
* After consultation with the Debian security team, considered to remove
the SuSE patch and to implement a simpler solution by mirror's author (on
the web page at http://sunsite.org.uk/packages/mirror/, and installed by
the package as README.Security). However, this breaks mirroring of Debian
archives as the symlinks between binary-$arch and binary-all are not
created. So we will stick to the SuSE patch, at least for now.
.
* ftp.pl: Applied ftp.pl_wupatch by mirror's author to fix a bug that
prevented mirror from successfully reading the result of running a
remote 'ls' or 'dir' command with new wu-ftpd versions. (Closes: #48736)
