libforms0.89_0.89-3 and libforms0.88_0.88.1-3 removed from incoming

There I go again. I _did_ miss something after all in this
confusing change-over.

I just realized that we have another problem created by the
temporary previous shift of libforms-dev and libforms-bin over to
the 0.89 version and now back to the 0.88 version...

The new libforms-dev_0.88.1-3 has a _lower_ version number than
the currently installed libforms-dev_0.89-2.

Michael, should we use epochs?  (If so, how exactly?)

Or should we create new packages libforms0.88-dev and
libforms0.89-dev (with libforms0.88-dev providing, replacing and
conflicting with plain libforms-dev) and discontinue the
plain libforms-dev package name altogether?

Or should we keep the plainly marked libforms-dev package with
version 0.89, and create a new pacakge libforms0.88-dev (instead
of the second one being libforms0.89-dev like this failed attempt
was).
