   * mirror.pl: Applied the SuSE patch to the current unstable package. Big
     thanks to Wichert for for the NMU for the stable release. (Closes: #46678)

   * debian/rules:  If we see a local copy of the ftp archive, the grab a
     copy of README.mirrors.txt and `cache' it in debian/ before it is
     copied into usr/share/doc/mirror/ This ensures that a copy is present
     at all times, allowing for easier NMUs. (Closes: #47685)
