 tom (1.1.1-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream version which bumps the shared lib versions of all libraries
     (they were incompatible, a bug found while testing my 1.1-1 packages)
   * I never released those 1.1 packages
   * Install docs with doc-base
   * Moved to debian standards version 3.0.1
