* Included updated "gettle" script as /usr/sbin/gettle from John Mock KD6PAG
* Ported gettle script to POSIX
* Renamed get-amsat-tle to getamsat, modified to use libwww rather than spawn lynx
* Included latest TLEs from celestrak in /usr/share/SatTrack/tle
* Updated /etc/sattrack/tlelist.dat to include the new files
and also any updated ones in /var/lib/SatTrack/tle (downloaded
by the gettle or getamsat scripts)
* Modified maketlex not to fail if some TLE files listed in
/etc/sattrack/tlelist.dat could not be found
