* Moved documentation to /usr/share/doc/ethiop and TeX files to
/usr/share/texmf/ in compliance with Debian policy for potato.
This fixes Bug#37887.
* Upload also "fixes" Bug#37886 which actually was nothing else
but a erroneous assumption on behalf of the user.
