* Upgraded to latest upstream stable source. Mainly bug fixes.
* Upgraded to Debian Standards-Version 3.0.0.0. I have not switched
from savelog to logrotate yet but will next release.
* Upgraded access to package documentation to support both /usr/doc and
the FHS compliant /usr/share/doc. Also improved the speed and size of
the access.
* Upgraded init.d script to use standard reload message format.
* Upgraded dependency on perl to perl5 per the new Debian Perl policy.
* Upgraded Debian specific HTML documentation to HTML 4.0.
* Upgraded Suggests: field to add Debian documentation systems.
* Modified compile options to provide support for virtual hosts through
a new configuration file.
* Modified compile options to check DNS host names.
* Corrected misclassification of wnhtmlify from normal executable to cgi
executable. I have not update documentation yet but will next release
as part of general documentation cleanup.
* Corrected postrm error where log files where not removed on package
purging.
* Corrected minor packaging errors.
