* Non maintainer upload, acknowledged by the maintainer.
* Switched to using debhelper tools in debian/rules, with all the
consequences.
* Changed debian/menu to new format and arranged entries to match
the current menu policy. This fixes: #15214 #39637 #40763 #41072 .
I also added some missing applications to the menu file.
* Includes xaw-wrappers procedure (partly through debhelper) to fix
*Xaw incompatibilities, that includes viewres and listres. This
fixes #35181 #38901 .
* Patched xman/vendor.h to include Debian standard $MANPATH by
default. This downgrades #38782 to wishlist.
* Made some minor changes to README.Debian, and to control file
(standards version set to 2.5.1).
