* New upstream version.
* Recompiled for apache 1.3.6.
* Make apache depend on apache-common: This way it should work with
apache as well as apache-ssl (closes: Bug#39773 libapache-mod-python:
Dependancies: Is "apache", should be "apache | apache-ssl")
* Finally a decent Makefile: I copied Ben Collins' Makefile from
libapache-mod-auth-pam.
* Built against a shared libpython1.5.so. Now we're lintian-error-free
for the first time.
* debian/copyright: Update to the new location of the GPL and LGPL on
Debian systems: /usr/share/common-licenses.
