Uploaded qt1g 1.44-4 (powerpc) to master -- Revised.

I just noticed that two really silly mistakes slipped by, so I erased both
.changes files and uploaded a new one.  Hopefully this one has everything
the way it should be.  (Maintainer is the porter?  That sounds like
package hijacking to me, but apparently this is the correct behaviour.
Hmmm.)  The two .deb files remain the same.
