Uploaded java-virtual-machine-dummy 0.1 (source all) to master
It has no sort of official blessing, it is intended to
be a workaround for actual Java virtual machines which do not
comply yet with the proposed Debian Java policy.
In the future, it will be removed, once a general agreement
is met about the policy.
