* In the pid file, first write the start scripts pid, THEN the pike
script's (so that 'start' don't restart the pike script before it
is killed).
* Only configure once.
* Make the included script 'mkdir' executable.
* Don't build in tools (it is already done).
* Make sure the config/install scrip creates the correct Global_Variables.
* Fixing bug in postinst script. Did not find correct user/owner of /etc/roxen.
* Make sure the postinst script don't fail if we can't find the 'User' entry
in the Global_Variables file...
