   * Applied patch by Sebastian Ratz <s.rahtz@elsevier.co.uk> to fix a bug
     due to the last update of LaTeX (Dec. 1998) that was causing T3enc.def
     to be read twice (closes: bug #36481).
   * Much improved postinst and postrm scripts.  In particular, test for
     existence of texhash before launching it (closes: bug #35559).
   * Installing files under /usr/share instead of /usr/lib, as this is the
     new standard location.
   * tipa now suggests the package tipa-type1.
   * During the package building, rename the *.def to lowercase before
     building the docs.  This was causing a dbuild error.
