* Now that libssl09-dev is fixed, use -lcrypt instead of the hard name.
* Add a field in the peers struct to handle properly the case of peers
going up and down.
* Add an helper file /usr/libexec/pipsecd/functions.
* The program will close the devices properly before terminating.
* Configuration will be reloaded at SIGHUP.
