* Reverted xvt's default terminal type from "xterm-old" to "xterm",
as Debian's "xterm" entry is now the same as the original X11R6.3
xterm entry.
* Don't recommend ncurses-term any more.
* Updated Standards-version to 2.4.1 (no changes required).
* Updated debian/rules.
