NMU of diald 0.98.2

It would be nice if someone would package up diald 0.98.3 as well - I
have source that I think would work, (that is, I've gone through and
matched up what of the debian diff wouldn't patch cleanly to the new
version), but it requires certain headers that are found only in
potato's libc6-dev. (Oh, I suppose I could go messing up my system by
copying kernel headers from the kernel source into /usr/include/linux,
but why?)

Anyway, this should work on 2.2.* kernels. (It has for several weeks
for me on 2.2.5-ac6)
Also notice that diald has a new home - http://diald.unix.ch
