Uploaded linuxconf 1.15r3.1-1 (source i386 all) to master
Note: This is probably the last version that was compiled on a Debian 2.1
(slink) system. The next version will be using PAM and logrotated so
it will only run on potato systems. I'm also planning to upload one
of the next versions to unstable as there have been no grave bugs in
the past weeks (although not everything is working properly at this
time).
