* Fixed libsidplay1.36 dependencies to prevent usage of
shared libraries compiled against glibc 2.0 which will
not work in glibc 2.1 environment.
* Removed bashisms in rules file - should build fine with
/bin/sh linked to /bin/ash.
* Added short note to Readme.Debian about possible problems
with the history window.
* Removed essentially empty files postinst and postrm - let
debhelper create them.
* Do not create tmp/DEBIAN directory - let debhelper do it.
* Dirty fix for a bug that prevents the config file to be read.
Discussion with upstream author pending.
