* version 0.0.16, updated from CVS on Feb 15: gIDE 0.0.16 fixes a few
bugs, adds GNOMEUI functionality, and adds a line splitter for compile
messages window. Now gIDE is consistant with the rest of your gnome
desktop.
* version 0.0.15: many bugfixes in with a new feature. gIDE now forks
the compile process, so it is now possible to stop a compile.
* guile and gnome tried without success
* added man page for gdbio
