.
* GNAT library is not stripped anymore since it must be usable for debugging
purpose.
* Invert order of dh_makeshlibs and dh_shlibdeps and gives the latter the
option needed to correctly read the dependencies from the runtime package.
* Change the Makefile so that GNAT can be compiled on Linux/PPC.
