* use kernel-headers-2.0.35 to build ipfwadm when using glibc2.1:
glibc2.1 (>=2.0.103) doesn't provide netinet/ip_fw.h anymore,
we can't use linux/ip_fw.h because glibc2.1 was compiled with
2.1.125 linux kernel headers so we've got to use 2.0.35 headers
* use linux includes for ipautofw; otherwise it fails utterly with
glibc2.1
