     <J.J.Troup@scm.brad.ac.uk> (fixes bug #19645).
   * Applied a patch from the isdn4linux mailing list (courtesy of Paul
     Slootman <paul@wau.mis.ah.nl>) which fixes diald running on a ppp
     interface different from ppp0 (fixes bug #18800).
   * Changed the connect script to handle callback (thanks to Bill Wohler
     <wohler@newt.com> for his patch) (fixes bug #19647).
   * Changed the connect script to handle PAP or CHAP authentification
     (fixes bug #22223).
   * Fixed some includes to get rid of redefinitions.
