Uploaded iplogger 1.1-5 (source i386) to master

Hi.

Here is a new version of iplogger.

I basically made all the options new in version 1.1 optional because
they were causing problems (forking could even lead to a denial of
service).

I wondered if this version should go or not into slink, but as it has
not been extensively tested, I guess that it is safer to let version
1.1-4, although it is less secure.

Note that I will release later this week a packaged version of ippl
whose aim is to replace iplogger.

This version does not properly fix the problems described in the bug
reports, it only avoids them by default (this is why I did not close
the bug reports). However, iplogger is such a mess that I doubt that
somebody will ever fix them. I would rather advise people to switch to
ippl.

Regards,

Hugo
