Rocher <davroc@hplb.hpl.hp.com> for the corrections); fixes bug#31769.
* Switched to doc-base support and removed
/usr/doc/postgresql-doc/.dwww-index; fixes bug#31770.
* Added an extra space before the tabulated description of the facilities
of postgresql-contrib in debian/control; this stops dselect from trying
to word-wrap this section; fixes bug#32082.
* Changed path reference in preinst from .../README.Debian.migration
to .../README.Debian.migration.gz; fixes bug#32083.
* Changed method of deleting the dumpall directory in prerm of postgresql;
fixes bug#32080.
* Applied fix to debian rules to select the proper architecture for a
build. Fixes bug#31879.
* pgaccess now highlights selected lines in the main window's listbox.
* Make postgresql's preinst script copy the shared libraries for use
by postgresql-dump; fixes bug#31655.
* Applied upstream patch for certain date-handling problems, in particular
two-digit years, BC, and 5-digit YYDDD dates.
