* removed definition of def_error in configinfo, so that `throw
def_error' can now be caught outside the configinfo class. Maybe this
fixes NN. (not sure, cannot reproduce it).
* default `verbosity' level is now `quiet', fixing: 30372
* Added information about the /etc/menu-methods/menu.config file,
as this was completely lacking in the manual page.
