Uploaded dpkg-ftp 1.6.0 (source all) to master
This version of dpkg-ftp should close all the outstanding bugs (exept the
wishlist bug for a progress indicator that cannot be done).
It does also support using multiple ftp servers (I used the dpkg-multiftp
Martin Schulze has written but never released).
