   * Architecture: any (fixes bug #31764)
   * Fixed some bugs in the 'debian' target in the Makefile
   * Check if we have existsing mailinglists in '~list', and if so, create
     a Menubutton with each list, so that we can edit the options of a
     existsing mailinglist, which options we get by scanning the tree of
     the choosen list.
   * Created a 'delete list' option, so that we can delete the choosen
     mailinglist. Remove the '~list/<mailinglist>' directory and any .qmail
     file in '/var/qmail/alias' pointing to this directory...
   * No debuging as default, check the variable XADMIN_DEBUG...
   * One more config button/option, 'Accept empty subjects'.
   * If we choose 'Message moderation', we should also configure
     the listbox and the corresponding variables...
   * Swap the 'Create/Quit' buttons. I like it this way instead...
   * Get any moderators and subscribers of the list... *oups*
   * Moved all the subscriber creation to it's separate function,
     'create_subscribers()'. It was needed in more than one place...
   * Make sure that we have a 'valid' email-address before we
     create the list, if not give a propper error message.
   * Use the debug variable the other editors use, XADMIN_DEBUG.
   * Swap the Create/Quit buttons. Make sure it conforms to the other editors.
