* move stylesheets to /usr/lib/sgml/stylesheet/dsssl/docbook/nwalsh;
make a symlink from the old location in /usr/lib/dsssl/stylesheets/docbook/
* maintainer scripts: added for SGML catalog integration, added logic to
make the symlinks if it is an empty dir
* README.Debian: updated
* debian/copyright: sync'd with source license
* debian/control: standard version raised to 2.5.0
* debian/control: depends on sgml-data (we need ISOlat1)
* debian/rules: install with '-p', preserving timestamps
* added doc-base support; direct menu support obsolete
* added a template DSSSL customization file
* many thanks to David Rocher for testing and patches and suggestions
