Uploaded octave-ci 98.02-2 (source all) to master
[ Reupload, had forgotten to add 'frozen'. ]
This version does not add new code, quite the opposite. As parts of octave-ci
are now in the upstream Octave package, the now redundant functions are
removed from this package.
Technically speaking, no open bug is closed. But it makes things a little
more consistent as we don't carry a few dozen .m functions in two places.
I recommend this for slink, but if the Release Manager feels otherwise ...
