* Added symbolic links from libpq*.so.1.1 to libpq*.so.1. Fixes bug#21898
* Changed the createuser script so that it will not accept usernames that
GRANT will reject. (This is a temporary adjustment to maintain
consistency until the parser is made to accept such usernames for
GRANT.) (Bug #21681 refers)
* Patched src/interfaces/libpq/fe-exec.c to deal with Notices from the
backend in PQfn(). (Thanks to Anders Hammarquis.) Fixes bug#21764.
* Altered the debian/rules file to facilitate compilation on alpha as well
as Intel. Fixes bug#21717.
