* Fixed "syntax error" in french holidays.
* Tried to correct computation of mother/father's day in France.
* Turned season definitions in "small holidays", to allow for
another holiday to be displayed on the same day (Fixes: Bug#19640).
* Do not have plan auto-background itself on startup. Removed "-f"
option from usage message; added a note about its removal in the
manpage (Fixes: Bug#19642).
* Fixed option handling (was silently ignoring any option matching
/^-.[az]/ or /^-$/).
* Moved netplan into /usr/sbin/, and pland into /usr/bin/; updated
init.d accordingly (Fixes: Bug#19644).
* Accordingly moved manpages into relevant hierarchy/section.
* Documented real file paths in manpages (Fixes: Bug#19880).
* Changed default path in "File list" from /usr/lib/plan/ to
/var/lib/plan/netplan.dir/ (Fixes: Bug#19881).
* Fixed '~' path-solving to prevent duplicate slashes in "File list"
display for primary plan file (only operates on first run, as
these 2 slashes are then written to ~/.dayplan).
* Removed out of date description of netplan in plan.1; added
reference to netplan.8.
* Minor other fixes to manpages (man subsection was L).
* Updated README.Debian to refer to actual files.
* Passed lintian 0.3.4.
